I would encourage you to reach out to the Maintenance Association Officers.

Last week I sent a letter to Wynnefield Hunt Maintence Association about fence and tree. Also, I sent it through Wynnefied Hunt website and it said that they would respond back to me within 24 hours. Nothing happend. So I decided to call and to leave a voice mail message today. (June 6). I will appreciate if the officers will respond me back quickly. They have my email address and phone number too. Thanks!
When will the sign identifying our development be put in place? We have been informed that it is coming for over 2yrs now.
I am in need of the company name that did the roofs to the houses in Wynnefield Hunt our roof is starting to leak.
Thank You
@Mark
Personally instead of placing the trash back on the property I would bring the matter to the neighbors attention. They leave for work and everything is where it’s suppose to be. If they have this information they may be able to be proactive about it in the future.
This last trash day was a lot more trash than usual after Christmas.
Fios is coming to Wynnefield Hunt in the spring time of 2011. This will be good for all because Comcast is over priced for TV,Internet and Phone services. No more sharing of the internet and slow connections.
People who use Independent for trash removal need to secure your trash. On trash day, your trash is all over the place. Its kinda crazy to have your trash in my lawn every week, when you know where we live is very windy. Don’t get mad when I put your trash back on your property. If I have to do that then that means you do not care where you live. There are recycle bins at Red Lion Church on Church Rd to toss your cardboard boxes that fly down the street nonstop.
You might bring something up at the Community meeting on December 7th.
I am looking for a small piece of vinyl siding that matches our house color (134 Wynnefield Road). The guy who mows our yard and uses the weed eater apparently has put two small holes in the siding from small rocks swept up by the weed eater. (I could do a poor patch job if I had access to this siding). The color is Sandstone and I am told it no longer is being manufactured.
Thanks
Bob

baddog, I’m looking to refinance the house and the lender has indicated that they sometimes check the homeowners association website for details like common structures/common areas and the insurance company that covers them. Fannie Mae loans have not required this, but when Freddy Mac is the underwriter, they do. This information should be available through the officers;if they agree to provide it, it can help streamline the loan/refinance process if some details were available on the site.
I had a phone call on the Magic Jack that is still ringing on my home phone. Obviously, it was never transferred properly. Anyway, a Mrs. Rose Gungi (I could not understand her lasat name) at I think 615 Corwin Court saying she had not received her maintenance Assoc. Bill, she has a tenant living in the house. Please call her at 302-353-4002 so she can pay it and change her mailing address to 71 Gales Dr., Apt. 3, New Providence, NJ 07974.
Thanks. Mary Ellen
Just a warning to those of you in the neighborhood with small pets…….
As I was standing in our backyard around noon on Somerton Ct., a large shadow hovered over my head. As I realized it was a hawk, it swooped down at our new puppy. I yelled and it flew off. I looked up and there were about 7 hawks circling the trees down by Foxfield Ct. Later last night, about 8:00 pm, I had the puppy out front in the driveway and another hawk swooped down. Luckily, a friend grabbed the puppy and the hawk flew away. I’m sure that the hawk seemed much closer to us than it really was, but I was wondering if anyone else has had any problem with the hawks? Needless to say, our puppies won’t be going outside in the yard alone……..
The light poles are being addressed with Delmarva.
Sorry correction for previous email that was sent accidentally before completion.
When are the light poles going to be repaired there is one at Wynnefield Cir that has been broken since the storm a couple of wks ago. The top has been completely blown off, it’s like a glass bowl. My concern is for when it rains, won’t that pose a electrical hazard?

With regard to the American Flags. We installed one recently (On Foxfield Ct) – it flies 24hrs a day and is iluminated at night. Proud to be an American.
On Somerton Ct we have 2 flags on the street. Mine and my neighbor across street.
If anyone is looking for quality flags and hardware visit http://www.pearsonflags.com in Newport. They have better stuff than Home Depot and Lowes and they’re about the same price.
How many Americana flags do you see being flown this weekend and today? I counted only 3 on a part of Wynnefield Road.
I always see that black cat,it likes to tease one of my cats. There are plenty of bunnies around, they always leave something behind in my backyard.
who owns the black cat with white paws that roams arouond WH? It is attacking the bunnies in our backyard and always seems to be hungry. I hope if you read this you may know the owner. This cat needs to be housed.
thanks for listening

Thanks for the complement. If there is any function you think that would be useful don’t hesitate to ask.
Thank you for setting up this website for the Wynnefield Hunt residents. It is very nice and very well done.
