Please keep in mind that there are several things that happen from the time you mail your check to the time it is deposited:
1. it is delivered to the PO box
2. it is picked up from the PO Box
3. it is recorded by the Financial Secretary
4. it is given to the Treasurer
5. it is recorded by the Treasurer & a deposit form is filled out
6. it is taken to the bank
These steps in all can take up to 2-4 weeks. Please remember that we are all volunteers & are doing the best we can. Keep in mind, that as far as late fees are concerned, we take into consideration the postmark on the envelope.

I called Delmarva Power a few months ago about a street light that was out in front of our house. All I had to do was give them the house number that the light was in front of, & they came out & fixed it. Hope that helps!

We had street lights out on Somerton Court. I called Delmarva and they took care of it the next day.

What is being done about the common area behind the houses on the Sumter Court? I have mentioned the birds back there and that it is not being maintained
